- Forget yesterday’s missteps. You cannot do anything about yesterday, last week, last month or last year! Let’s work with today.
- Give yourself a break. We all make mistakes and we all get off track. It’s OK. What is not OK is giving up!
- Get back to that vision board, list or whatever you created for yourself that kept you on track before and review it.
- Start over today. Not tomorrow, TODAY!!
