This To Do List is about finding just the right spot to get exactly what you need at the time you need it. Today it is finding peace.
- Look for an area filled with calm. This area should be void of noise and activity.
- Ensure your comfort. Place nice fluffy pillows, have a nice comfy chair or sofa in place. Whatever makes you comfortable.
- The source of the sounds you hear should only come from things you enjoy and calm you. Soft jazz, classical music or even ocean sounds are some examples.
- Leave all sources of frustration, anger and other irritations before entering this space.
- This is a time to calm your mind. So only have items that can help you do that.
